Dev 2: Player

I have put some code in for the player and made a Instance for the player to control, no issues were encountered as I was using a previous program as a template, the player can move in 4 directions and fire bullets forward. My next focus will either be getting a boss up and running, getting assets collected, or working on attack patterns.
